Research dissemination and presentations
As an urban health scholar, my main goal is to generate knowledge that can support and advocate for sustainable and healthy living environments. To raise awareness and facilitate discussions in the field, I share my research findings with stakeholders and the wide public in various ways, including conference organization and presentations, workshops, social media and media interviews.

Conference presentations
Presentation in the International Conference on Urban Health panel discussion on “Evaluating the health impacts of urban policies in Latin American cities: Lessons from SALURBAL” Link to slides and video.
Poster presentation in a SALURBAL policy symposium titled “Housing and Urban Development Policy” in Belo Horizonte, Brazil (May 2019). Link to poster.
Poster presentation on greenspace and education inequalities in life expectancy in Latin America – presented at the 4th planetary health annual meeting (Sao Pablo and online, April 2021) and selected as one of the best abstract in planetary health. Link to poster, video, and abstract.
